In Keeper's zero-knowledge architecture, data is encrypted and decrypted on the user's own device, at the level of each record, so not even Keeper can read the contents of the vaults. The platform integrates with identity, MFA and SIEM providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, Duo, Splunk and Datadog.
Keeper Security's main product lines are:
- Keeper Password Manager (Business Starter, Business and Enterprise) — corporate vault for passwords, passkeys and files, with an admin console, role-based access control (RBAC), SAML-based SSO and SCIM provisioning.
- KeeperPAM — cloud-native privileged access management that combines password rotation, session recording, VPN-less remote access over RDP, SSH and VNC with Keeper Connection Manager, Remote Browser Isolation and database access with KeeperDB.
- Keeper Endpoint Privilege Manager — removes local administrator rights on Windows, macOS and Linux, with approval-based just-in-time elevation and policies for applications and commands.
- Keeper Secrets Manager — infrastructure secrets management for API keys, database passwords and certificates in CI/CD pipelines, with SDKs and a CLI that eliminate credentials hardcoded in source code.
- Monitoring and compliance modules — BreachWatch to detect credentials exposed on the dark web, Advanced Reporting & Alerts Module (ARAM) with SIEM integration, and Compliance Reports for access audits such as those required by SOX.
Keeper holds ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018 certifications, SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports, a FIPS 140-3 validated cryptographic module and PCI DSS certification. Keeper Security Government Cloud, the version hosted on AWS GovCloud (US), is FedRAMP High and GovRAMP authorized. According to Keeper, the company was included in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Privileged Access Management.
