Geochemical and Statistical Interactive Graphs

• Statistical Charts: Box and Whisker, Histogram, Probability, Quantile, Detection Summary; and
• General Plots: Scatter, Pie, Stacked Bars, Radial, Time Series

AquaChem lets you create multiple charts for the same dataset and view them simultaneously side by side. All charts are interactive, which means that when you click a data point, your corresponding sample is highlighted in the sample list. This is useful for identifying discrepant.

Water Quality Data Analysis

AquaChem comes with comprehensive calculators and converters that allow you to perform quick and fast analysis of water quality data. AquaChem is capable of the following calculations and conversions:

• Unit conversion: AquaChem manages measurement and concentration units for you - switch between mass, molar and equivalent concentrations in real time.
• Ionic functions: Water type, Electroneutrality / Ion balance, Sum of anions, Sum of cations, TDS, Hardness, Alkalinity
• General: Date functions, Exception count, Total organic carbon, Total organic halogens
• Corrosion and flaking indices: Langelier saturation, Ryznar stability, Puckorius and Larson-Skold scing
• Agricultural / Irrigation Metrics: Sodium Absorption Rate, Magnesium Risk, Residual Sodium Carbonate
• Enthalpy: Water enthalpy (liquid or steam) based on temperature or dissolved silica
• Isotopes: Estimates of infiltration elevation and temperature based on isotopic fractionation of oxygen-18 and deuterium

Automatic reporting

In just a few clicks, AquaChem provides out-of-the-box reports that contain important information about water quality data. Report layouts can be fully customized using the Report Designer to accommodate specific project needs. The following automatic reports are supported:

• Sample report: Generates a report for selected parameters that includes comparations with water quality standards and summarized statistics for selected samples
• Stations list report: Generates a table of selected sampling stations
• Sample list report: Generates a table of selected samples
• Sample result report: Generates selected results table for active sample

R-Console

AquaChem includes a console that lets you run scripts in the R scripting language and take advantage of the thousands of libraries available that make it easy to analyze, visualize, categorize data, and more.
