Use of Image at Events

By taking part in events promoted by OSB Software, the participant authorizes the capture and use of their image, voice, and/or statements by means of photographs, videos, and audio recordings.

Such recordings may be used for institutional, educational, promotional, or commercial purposes, in both online and offline materials, such as the website, newsletters, social media, and other communication channels of OSB Software and its partners.

Should the participant not agree to such use, the participant must notify the organizing team prior to the event. OSB Software undertakes to use such materials in an ethical and responsible manner.
