What is 3D Lift Plan?

The 3D Lift Plan is a crane lift and selection planning application. You provide the weight and dimensions of the object you are elevating, the location and size of all obstacles in the workplace. The 3D Lift Plan searches the load tables of all your cranes to find the most cost-effective crane configurations for lifting.

You can also simulate full elevation in the 3D Lift Plan to save time and increase efficiency in the workplace.

The 3D Lift Plan is a standalone application, so no additional CAD program is required.

Features:

3D Graphics

The high-precision 3D chart allows you to view the elevation from any angle.

Choose from hundreds of detailed 3D objects to create a realistic representation of the workplace.

Crane selection

Search your full fleet of cranes in seconds. All obstacles are considered, whether on the sides, front, rear or above the crane.

The most economical crane configurations that can drive lifting are displayed at the top of the results list, saving you time by examining a long list of options.

Elevation simulation

The 3D Lift Plan automatically monitors crane capacity as you change boom angle, jib offset, load location, crane location, or lift radius.

Save screenshots to quickly switch between multiple elevation points.

Ground load support capacity

Loads on the conveyors and loads on the stabilizer are calculated automatically, as well as the ground support capacity under the crane support plates.

Advanced lifting device design

Choose from dozens of preset lifting device configurations such as steel cable mooring, chokes, baskets, and pates, or create your own custom design. The 3D Lift Plan will calculate the angles and tension of the slings.

Highs with several cranes

Plan complex lifts with multiple cranes. As the main crane moves, the follower cranes automatically adjust to accurately simulate lifting. The load on each crane is calculated from start to finish. Double and follower elevations are supported.

Workplace Planner

Edit your workplaces in a two-dimensional drag-and-drop environment, allowing you to create more complicated elevation planes in less time.

Import images

Import CAD drawings, Google Earth images, or any photo to accurately represent elevation.

Detailed prints

Print a 3D representation of the elevation from any angle. Prints also show the crane configuration and lifting device, crane capacity, load details, observations and information of your company.

Share your elevation plans

With one click you can share elevation plans with employees and customers. You receive a URL and they can view the 3D plan in their browsers.

Critical elevation worksheet

Print a spreadsheet for services that include service information, crane information, and a pre-lift checklist.

Quick lift setup

Use the quick lift setup feature to quickly create accurate workplaces by answering a few simple questions.

Crane support plates

Insert the configuration of the steel or wood plates and the support capacity of the soil under the boards and the effort applied on the plates will be calculated to ensure that your design is adequate.

Export CAD

Export your elevation plan in DXF format for use in any CAD program.

Dimensions

Choose to display common dimensions such as elevation radius, load height, and obstacle dimensions, or add custom dimensions to your elevation plans.
