Features:
Client tab
A list of your customers is shown on the left page. Those you designate as "inactive" appear in gray, those you mark as "problematic" customers are in red. The record details page that you highlight appears on the right. You don't need to search for pets or customer invoices, they automatically appear in the sub-tabs. You can navigate from client to client by scrolling through the list, using the VCR buttons at the bottom of the details page, or by jumping directly to a customer's record by typing a phone number in the search box.
Pet tab
The Pet tab is similar to the client tab and is linked to it. You can start by looking at a pet's record and jump to its owner, or vice versa. There is a search box to quickly find an animal by name. You can store photos of each pet, along with the date and its comments, to help you remember how it was prepared in the past and why.
Calendar tab
Doggie Due includes a calendar for scheduling clients. You can mark appointments in the Week or Day views. You can quickly switch views with navigation arrows or jump to other dates with a pop-up month view. Recurring appointments can be scheduled up to one year in advance.
Special features:
Doggie Due can also print invoices and reports. Key reports show invoice totals for a specific customer or all of your customers in the date range that you enter. Another report summarizes your income for the services you provide, so you can determine which ones are the most profitable. Everything you print can be easily customized with your company logo.
