Feature Highlights
Resources
The Allot SSG Network Management System provides an overview of all your network traffic and the ability to control it. Report dashboards help you understand how LAN, WAN, Internet, and datacenter capabilities are being used by connected applications, users, and devices. Powerful policy enforcement helps you leverage this intelligence to ensure application performance, quality of experience, and network security according to your company's priorities.
Allot's analytics and reporting dashboards transform your network data into meaningful information for your organization. Real-time monitoring, usage metrics, QoE, and online behavior dashboards help you visualize activity from applications, users, and endpoints, analyze their impact on network performance, and resolve issues quickly. Dashboard reports are interrelated and interactive. Doing a detailed search or changing the data fields of a report instantly updates the display of the other reports in the dashboard. It's easy to customize dashboard views so that the data you want is always at your fingertips. To share reports with others in your organization, you can schedule reports for automatic generation and distribution in Excel, HTML, and CVS formats.
The web security interface in the Allot SSG network management system makes it easy to provision and apply the internet security policy and acceptable user policy (AUP) that is appropriate for your organization. User-friendly reports provide detailed and summarized statistics of all malware blocking events, frequently accessed content, AUP-triggered URL filtering events, and other relevant statistics that can be presented by IP address, user, group, or other identifier. With Allot, valuable threat event data remains within your organization, avoiding the security risks inherent in cloud-based solutions.
Central Configuration and Control
The Allot SSG Network Management System automates Protection against DDoS threats across your network, as attack alerts, mitigation reports, and post-attack intelligence help you take control. Real-time alerts notify you when an attack is detected, detailing the type of attack, the signature of the attack that was designed to surgically block attack packets, and the time it takes to mitigate the attack. You also receive granular and customizable mitigation logs, event analysis and host infection analysis, and trend/distribution reports to support your security planning, threat management, and operational decisions. Option for monitoring only with manual mitigation is also available.
Allot's Application Policy Editor lets you define traffic management policies that link network and application performance to business goals and user expectations. An intuitive hierarchical structure makes it easy to define dynamic QoS enforcement policies that will be triggered automatically as traffic conditions change. The application policy can include any combination of access, priority, bandwidth allocation, modeling, orientation, and blocking actions to be applied to application and subscriber traffic. In addition, the Simple Object Access Protocol (CLI) and SOAP (CLI) interfaces allow external systems to provision policies and distribute them to all managed elements.
