AlphaSoft software operates all Alpha MOS instruments; HERACLES electronic nose; ASTREE electronic language; IRIS electronic eye. It allows you to monitor instrument configurations, define methods and sequences of analysis, perform analysis and perform data acquisition.
It also achieves data processing of Alpha MOS instrument measurements, using different application-based models:
Qualitative models: comparison of multiple samples in the general aspect of odor/flavor/visual, classification of samples based on a criterion, quality/compliance control, monitoring of useful life.
Quantitative models: prediction of measurable parameters, such as concentration or intensity of sensory attribute.

Data processing modules (statistics packages, AroChemBase) can also be used to compute data from other analytical instruments.
AlphaSoft anticipates maintenance needs and avoids waste of time in lab activity.
Thanks to this unique software platform, it is possible to combine the results of HERACLES, ASTREE and IRIS to have an overview of the sensory characteristics of the products.
