The Alsim PAINT SHOP allows full control over the most expensive process in the automotive industry.

It includes a unique simulation tool that allows you to accurately detect air bubbles and liquid transport – two main problem areas in painting processes. In addition, it contains an electronic coating tool that predicts the time-related layer thickness of the ink, allowing you to optimize the corresponding process parameters at an early stage of development. A dedicated furnace simulation allows you to gain full control of the cooking process – one of the most energy-intensive processes in car manufacturing. In addition, modules for spraying and rinsing and PVC sealing are included.

All of these modules are validated by Productive Body-In-Whites and can be run on a single workstation. Alsim PAINT SHOP has been specially developed for ease of use, which allows even non-experts to use the software.
