HyperLife is an easy-to-learn fatigue analysis software developed in a problem-solving neutral framework. It provides a comprehensive set of tools for durability analysis, direct interface with all major finite element analysis (FEA) result files. With a built-in material library, HyperLife allows you to predict fatigue life under repetitive loads experienced in a wide range of industrial applications.

Taking advantage of the new hyperworks x framework that is extremely easy to use, the new version features:

  • Easy-to-learn and easy-to-use graphical interface to perform fatigue dwellers.
  • Solver neutral structure that interfacewith key FEA results data.
  • Embedded material database.
  • Specialized module to perform simultaneous fatigue analysis on the base material and welded joints, according to various design codes and guidelines.

Main features

Modules Available

Fatigue life modules include: SN/EN uniaxial, SN/EN multiaxial, Dang Van (FOS) and Weld fatigue (spot welding and seam welding).

Materials

A comprehensive material database built into the standard installation (//matdat.com). HyperLife also supports all major welding regulations (Eurocode 3/9, FKM).

Welds

Weld fatigue assessment is available for spot welds and seam welds, based respectively on the RUPP and VOLVO methods.

Signal processing

Simple yet robust signal processing within the LoadMap utility. Durability can be derived automatically or manually to pair FEA load cases with fatigue load history files.

Analysis

Review the fatigue analysis settings before you start running. Upon completion of the analysis, the results can be used to visualize contour plots and histograms.

Utilities

HyperLife offers a complete utility toolkit to manage the largest and most complex FE data, including loadmapper, Reports, and more.
