The difference between FARO Zone and other diagramming software is that FARO Zone is specifically designed to be used in forensic and public safety applications. You don't need to be an engineer or an architect to learn how to use it, nor do you need to take a year of CAD classes in college.

With FARO Zone*, you can import manual measurements, station totals, drone data, and any laser scanner (.pts). If you use FARO laser scanners, save time whenever you want to diagram and analyze a scene using a point cloud. In addition to being much faster to open point clouds as a SCENE project, you do not have to export the point cloud to another large file format. * Available in FARO Zone 3D Advanced
