What is ArCADia-POWER NETWORKS?
ArCADia-POWER NETWORKS is an industry-specific module of the ArCADia BIM system, based on the ideology of building information modeling (BIM).
ArCADia-POWER NETWORKS allows the creation of professional documentation related to the design of low voltage external networks. The program allows the creation of object-oriented drawings for external power networks in spatial development plans or the preparation of user drawings that show an electrical grid from a low voltage transformer to a distribution panel in a building.
Program features:
generation of structural network diagrams from the power source to the final object. The functionality can be used to quickly generate a drawing of the structural diagram of a proposed network, which is required for project documentation. The diagram contains the proposed network topology.
Improvement of technical calculations by introducing duty and impedance factors for the short-circuit loop for the "cable connector" structure, which allows short-circuit calculations of the internal power line from cable connector to distribution card in building, as well as calculations of the load capacity of each section of the projected network.
The possibility of creating research coordinates in spatial development plans. Once the search points are marked, the user can generate a report at the X and Y coordinates in an RTF file. Functionality is very useful when a designer must present the search coordinates of the planned network rotation points to a Design Documentation Approval Team.
The ability to replace a symbol view for a specific object and create user symbols for projected objects.
The program allows the creation of object-oriented drawings for external power networks in spatial development plans, as well as the preparation of user drawings that show an electrical grid from a low voltage transformer to the distribution panel of a building.
The design of cable networks and power overload.
Program requirements:
To work, all industry-specific modules need a license to:
ArCADia LT or ArCADia 10 or ArCADia PLUS 10 or AutoCAD 2013/2014/2015.
If an industry-specific module is installed as an overlay for AutoCAD, the ARCADia AC module is required.
ArCADia Power Networks – System Requirements:
Pentium-class computer (Intel Core i5 recommended)
2 GB minimum RAM (8 GB recommended)
About 3 GB of free hard disk space for installation
A DirectX 9.0 compatible graphics card (a 1GB RAM card is recommended)
SO: Windows 10 PL or Windows 8 PL or Windows 7 PL
