Enterprise Vault's export offering offers the ability to drive a fast and highly robust mass data export from Enterprise Vault. The information can be exported for third-party analysis, taken offline for long-term archiving, preserved in a non-proprietary format, or migrated to a separate file. The data is exported along with the main attributes and then stored in XML format. In a multithreaded process, the export can be scaled to support billions of unique items.
Archive Accelerator Export has the ability to export only metadata to a file system or database for use in other business applications.
