Step-by-step instructions for Windows

  • Review transactions before conversion, make sure the dates are correct, if the year is correct, if deposits and cashouts are in the correct places.
  • Select the QFX destination to match your version of Quicken or your accounting software: Regular QFX, Quicken 2018+, Quicken 2017, Quicken 2016, YNAB.
  • Set the account ID (number) and account type to create QFX for the correct account. For multiple accounts, use a different account ID for each account.
