What is Bautagebuch ?

Bautagebuch is a program for the comprehensive documentation of the construction process, as well as for the creation and management of construction diaries and construction site reports. The clearly structured structure, the simple handling and the possibility of adapting the program to the individual needs of the user make the software a valuable aid in the daily work. With the optional defect management module, you can not only record defects in the construction journal, but manage them comprehensively. You can assign floor plans and plants to individual defects to locate them.

Description of Bautagebuch

In addition to the general information about Bautagebuch and the personal data of the client, construction  manager and health and safety coordinator, the following additional information is recorded: climate, minimum and maximum temperature, involved in the inspection, present at the construction site, daily production, construction situation, acceptances, deviations, defects, instructions, plans, construction materials and use of large equipment.

Photos can be added to the build report to better document the state of the building and any defects, which you can also manage through the integrated image database. All address data is saved in a database from which it can be added to build reports at any time. The program contains several print templates, which can be changed individually.
