Bespoke360 is the ultimate profile tool for designing, building and managing 360° feedback surveys. It allows you to quickly adapt questionnaires to suit any organization. You can create competency libraries and then quickly build questionnaires when deciding which competencies you want to include.
Library Manager - Define your own competency libraries
You may want to set up several different competency libraries. For example, you might want to have libraries defined at different levels, such as Directors and Middle Managers. Or you may have specific applications, or you may want to group your work with different clients separately.
Competency Editor - Develop your skills
Each competency will need a description and then a series of statements or questions to support the definition. We recommend using roughly the same number of questions for each competency – about six to eight questions is usually the right one.
Survey Editor - Build your bespoke surveys
Once you've defined your competencies, you're ready to start building questionnaires. You can use any of the competencies you have designed yourself and can borrow from the predefined competencies.
View your surveys and reports with Bespoke360
You can see exactly how your new survey will look to the end user using the function. You can see the survey exactly as an evaluator or a respondent will see it, and even generate a sample report with dummy data.
