What others call a task is a block in Blocksted. In a block, you give the title of the work, describe what needs to be done, attach files, set the delivery date.

Each block is assigned to a specific person responsible for carrying out the necessary work.

Move blocks of work through your natural workflow.

With Blocksted define the workflow that your blocks must go through during their lifetime. This is possible by setting the statuses of the blocks.

Set the value of each block.

The value is simply a number. It could be a monetary amount or the number of estimated days or any other item related to your specific business.

Cooperate in blocks.

Whenever there is a question, suggestion, update, new files or anything else related to the block, update the block and keep the history of the decisions made. When someone is interested in a working state in the block, they have to read the block, comments, attached files. This saves a lot of time for everyone.
