When first installed, American English is the default language for FreeSWITCH on BlueBox. To allow your customers to use the full features of FreeSWITCH, it is essential that you have your customers' language installed.

If your customer has tried to leave a voicemail or use many other FreeSWITCH features, they interact with the phone system in the installed language. If they can't speak English, you're in trouble.

The language selection provided by Westany is continually being expanded and enhanced.

The recorded sound files support all the features of FreeSWITCH right out of the box. This includes voicemail, ivr, call queues, call transfers, call park, conferences, torture menus, error messages, numbers, alphabet, and phonetics.

Regular voice package updates ensure that sound files are updated and reflect necessary changes as new features are added to FreeSWITCH.
