Caedium RANS Flow uses a customized version of OpenFOAM® capable of simulating complex fluid flows and heat transfer in virtually any configuration, whether in the external flow of an aircraft, car, yacht or submersible, or in internal flow through a computer box, mining drill, pipeline, or pipeline.
You can determine the performance of your project using Caedium's 3D visualization and reporting tools for quantities such as speed, pressure, forces (e.g., lift and drag) and moments.
Caedium RANS Flow is more applicable than the Caedium Panel Flow add-on, but requires a volume mesh and therefore potentially longer simulation runtimes.
Caedium RANS Flow, which also includes Caedium Transient, is a fully integrated complement to Caedium - a unified simulation environment.
