Mode of Use
To obtain cardioEmotion, you first need to check some requirements that your computer needs to have in order for the program to work properly.
Through the daily exercises of 20 minutes, the user is able to achieve what we call cardiac coherence. A state in which the mind, body and emotions enter a state of physiological harmony
Tutorials
CardioEmotion has 5 tutorial videos that teach the user to use the sensor correctly, such as breathing, training configuration and interpretation of results.
The Games
There are 9 interactive games in addition to the option of performing only monitoring, without the opening of the games. Continuous use of cardioEmotion Home improves emotional balance, reduces the effects of stress and anxiety.
