CardWare is a software solution fully compatible with PC Card Standard. CardWare is designed to manage the complexity of connecting and disconnecting the latest generation of PC cards without problems.

More specifically, CardWare offers two types of services to your PC:

CardWare provides an industry-standard application programming interface (API). This API allows third-party software (network drivers, for example) to communicate with PC cards in an orderly manner. The API consists of socket and card services and complies with the STANDARD PC Card.

CardWare can also install and configure PC Cards on your system so that standard software, not just PC Card-specific software, can access the card.
