What is CaseManager PIS?

Short response times are required in all histology laboratories, while the information needed for a high-quality diagnosis in the digital environment is available in different systems. Pathologists require an integrated environment where they find all the information on the same page.

CaseManager is 3DHISTECH's pathological information system for routine digital pathology. It provides pathologists with an easy-to-use case management function, from scanning, pathologist assignment, primary inspection, additional requests, consultation, image analysis, to diagnosis and final reporting.

When integrated into a laboratory information system, slide management framework, and digital microscope application, CaseManager establishes a collaborative work environment in the digital pathology workflow, from case registration, slide management, storage, and visualization to the final report. In this way, CaseManager seamlessly integrates the digital pathology workflow, from case registration to final report, resulting in shorter response times and thus increasing laboratory efficiency.

Comprehensive, easy-to-use pathology case management

CaseManager's patient case management system offers a comprehensive system from scanning, pathologist assignment, primary inspection, additional requests, imaging consultation and analysis to creating a council tumor presentation.

CaseManager's pathology case management function provides case priority treatment, task scheduling, and personal consultation, as well as case forwarding when needed. It has a financial module for costing and supports various diagnostic codes (SNOMED T, SNOMED M, ICD). Finally, the final report with image attachments and digital signatures is also possible.
