.NET does not require installation. Simply download and unzip in any folder, and you can try starting with the Visual Studio example and developing the graphics with ChartDirector.

ChartDirector Java: ChartDirector for Java is written purely in Java. This makes it work on any system with Java SE 1.4 or higher.
Includes both the server and client portions in your libraries. Also included is a lighter version to use on standalones and Applets equipment.
If you wish, you can simply copy the ChartDirector .jar and include this in your web application with the Java class so that you can use ChartDirector in your JSP or servlets. The user configuration is not required. It is compatible with servers without GUI or font systems installed on Linux and UNIX. If it is not compatible with Java fonts, ChartDirector automatically uses the internal system fonts.
Applies the same functions as other compilers, such as .NET and C++, such as zoom, rotation, and programmable trace cursor functions.
