W-2s are easier than ever! With CheckMark Tax Forms payroll, you can print W-2s and W-3s on blank paper. No more grouping employee copies and no more alignment issues. You can print copies B, C, and 2 of the W-2 employee on a blank perforated sheet of paper. Requires the current version of payroll software and a quality printer.

IMPORTANT: IRS Publication 1141 dated February 19, 2013, Section 2.3, .05 states:

"Employee copies of Form W-2 (Copies B, C, and 2), including those that are printed on a single sheet of paper, should be easily separated. The best method of separation is to provide perforations between the individual copies. Each copy should be easily distinguished, whatever the separation method used. "

Archive 1099 MISC

You have two options if you file 1099 MISC using MultiLedger software or CheckMark Tax Forms 1099.

1. Purchase pre-printed 1099 MISC forms if you plan to archive hard copies.

2. If you use eFile, you can print recipients' copies on 4 blank punched paper (the same 4 up blank sheets used to file W-2s with CheckMark payroll), but the IRS still requires red copies for copy A and 1096. You can purchase the copy of Forms A and 1096 individually directly from CheckMark Tax Forms.

1099 and 1096 (forms 1099-MISC)

Get 1099-MISC forms to use with CheckMark Tax Forms for Windows and Mac. Your 1099 order includes envelopes and two 1096 transmission forms. Additional 1096s are available for a small fee. With the current version of MultiLedger using the blank sheet sets, you can print copies 2, B, and C of the 1099-MISC

W-2 Pre-Printed Sheet Sets

Pre-printed loose sheets ready to pass through a laser or inkjet printer. Each sheet has two employees per page. Each order includes two free W3s. Additional W3s are available.
