Instructional Design

We start each course with a set of learning objectives. Along the way, we've included progress reviews to ensure students are tracking. In the end, we include knowledge assessments to ensure that learning objectives are achieved.

Assessments

We use standard question types such as True/False, Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer, Match, and Drag and Drop. We can randomize the questions and set the desired approval score. If you need something special, we can add custom interactions and widgets.

Planning and storyboard

For personalized courses, we typically require very little from the client. The team is in charge of gathering photos, videos and other resources to develop their training. The process is designed to leave you as free as possible to meet your day-to-day responsibilities.

Development and Review

Throughout the production of your training, you will have several opportunities to review and request reviews. We've been through this process over and over again, and the team keeps hitting hard. That's why customers always come back for more.
