What is CuteDCPTools?

CuteDCPTools is a digital cinema mastering station plug-in that allows users to import existing DCPs into After Effects.

While imported into CuteDCPTools, users can make changes such as:

Encrypt DCP

Update content titles for DCP

Adding new rolls

Divide DCP into coils

Updating audio and video tracks without doing any coding

Update audio track file from wave files

Create new compositions with language adaptations, subtitles or audio

Imported captions can be edited and timed.

Then repackage and export the new DCP

CuteDCPTools Features Overview

Import DCP

Import a DCP encrypted using DKDM or a keystore file

Update content titles using the built-in TitleHelper tool

Adding new rolls

Divide DCP into coils

Updating audio and video tracks without doing any encoding

Create new compositions with language adaptations, subtitles, subtitles, or audio

Import subtitles/subtitles (SMPTE and Cinecanvas)

Export subtitles/subtitles (SMPTE and Cinecanvas)

Imported subtitles or subtitles can be edited and timed.

Decrypt a DCP

Repackage and export the modified DCP.

Recreate wav files for an mxf file in the timeline

Create add-on DCPs
