Data Security is the security and integrity of data that is maintained by protecting data in transit, protecting data at rest, integration with security platforms, and role-based access controls.

• Incorta offers IT a centralized data analytics platform that integrates with existing security systems such as Okta, OneLogin, and Microsoft Active Directory, granting access based on user or role permissions.
• Single sign-on (SSO) supports SAML2, AD, and LDAP protocols, and user passwords are encrypted with AES 128.
• Incorta is unique across data analytics platforms because we maintain all application-level security parameters, including row-level security for data access, copying the original security settings of each source application. This reduces the security risks inherent in trying to rebuild a security structure.
• Data in transit between data sources or different components is encrypted via TLS 1.2
• Stored data is protected using full 128-bit AES encryption, rotating keys, and no client-side data caching, optionally encrypted with external keys.
• Individual data columns can be restricted and/or encrypted. Individual rows of data can be constrained contextually by using session variables and runtime security filters.

User authentication is done by password encrypted with AES 128 or SSO via SAML2 protocol, AD, LDAP.
