What is Design ?

Using the LogicNets designer, you can visualize your decision-making or problem-solving processes as a series of interconnected decision trees that track your logic. No matter how complex it is, our visualization environment makes it easy to render your process and manage over time.

Organize

Each new application starts as a project in the designer. A project uses designated folders to organize all the items that make up your project. This includes logicnets or visual streams, media files, existing data resources, and layout templates.

Visual Modeling

Visually model process flow nodes using drag and drop to create and structure building blocks for your applications. Use "form nodes" to create dynamic forms for users to interact with. Process nodes provide an extensive repertoire of data processing and system functions for performing background tasks such as calculations. Depending on the results of the actions on these nodes, you can proceed to other steps and use "rules" to conduct this navigation. When users interact with your application, the system runs its templates to define the behavior of the application.

Editors of nodes

The LogicNets designer provides a wide variety of node types that you can configure to build your templates. Form nodes include elements such as text entries, radio lists, report nodes, and data tables. Process nodes are nodes that the end user does not see for actions such as calculations, data manipulation, calling external systems, or sending emails. We conditionals are used to direct application flow and include rules and routers. The properties of nodes are set in their corresponding editors.

Data model

Whether you ask a user a question with a form node or perform a calculation on a process node, specify where the associated data is stored in your application's data model. These data objects are available to be used at any time in any of the actions on your process nodes or to affect routing or subsequent node results. You can view and organize your data model directly. You can save it persistently and share between sessions or other LogicNets applications. You can also import an existing data model if you already have one.

Resources

A unique aspect of the LogicNets platform is that you can link any information article (PDF's, images, video, etc.) to any particular node in your templates. These may range from user manuals in technical support applications to literature containing evidence for medical decisions. As users progress through an application, they can access these features as contextual help by leveraging the value of their pre-existing and external knowledge content.
