What is DeviceLock DLP Suite?

DeviceLock DLP Suite consists of five modules that protect your organization from data leakage threats:

DevideLock

Gives network administrators the ability to determine and enforce contextual policies for how, when, where, and by whom the data can or cannot be moved to or from company computers or notebooks, through phones, digital cameras, USB cables, CD/DVD-R, tablets, printers, or MP3 players. In addition, policies can be defined and applied for copy operations through the Windows clipboard, as well as screen capture operations on the end node computer.

NetworkLock

Adds contextual level control of user network communications over the Internet through: corporate email, personal email, instant messaging services, social networks (such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter), network browsing, FTP file transfer, as well as cloud file sharing services such as Dropbox, SkyDrive, and Google Drive.

Contentlock

Adds the ability to analyze within files and other data objects (such as emails and webmails, chats, blogs) for sensitive information such as social security number, credit card number, number of bank accounts or other user definition information, and the ability to block or allow decisions from policies that have to do with the content of the files.

Discovery

It is a separate component that helps network and security administrators find certain types of content stored within or outside the boundaries of the corport network. Discovering unwanted content is essential when we're trying to protect the organization's intellectual property, control employee activities, and administer computer networks.

Search Server

It is a separate component, which allows full-text data search. This functionality is especially usable in situations where you need to search for copies of documents based on your content.

The combination of all these modules working together is devicelock dlp suite. DLP Suite provides protection against on-site data leakage and outbound data (notebooks, PCs, or servers) through a variety of threats.

Natively integrated with Microsoft Active Directory Group Policy, DeviceLock DLP Suite is very easy and quick to install and configure. Typical installations are handled by Microsoft Network administrators and do not require expensive and specific training.

The other major benefit of integrating DeviceLock with Active Directory is that it enables an unlimited-scale virtual solution. DeviceLock DLP Suite can run on any endpoint listed in your Active Directory database... even if there are hundreds!
