Unified Digital Enterprise Platform
BOTTOM-UP SCANNING
Unlike many others, we've gone from managing millions of devices to understanding your conversations. The Digital Enterprise Platform knows how to build digital bridges between multiple physical assets and channels, directing your way out to an enterprise data lake.
OPEN TO PRIVATE CLOUD
By being primarily involved in mission-critical projects, one fully understands the political and performance limitations of PaaS/SaaS cloud services. AggreGate runs on-premises – both in your private cloud and at the edge of your corporate IT perimeter. There are no implicit limits on vertical products or licensing policy – zero bytes of data will never leave the DMZ if it matches your security and compliance strategy.
FROM SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES TO ENTERPRISES
The Digital Enterprise Platform serves companies of all sizes, from very small businesses to Fortune Global 500 leaders. Its pricing policy is suitable for self-service deployment by a single microenterprise owner, but larger environments are perfectly attractive to integrators and sources that monetize enterprise digitization services.
COVERAGE BETWEEN SECTORS
The platform's high-level design adapts to all sectors and verticals, from agriculture, banking and telecommunications to oil and gas, energy and manufacturing. A general rule of thumb states: the more physical assets a company has, the more value AggreGate can generate. However, even fully electronic companies take advantage of solutions such as business service management, data orchestration, and business intelligence.
FROM PHYSICAL ASSETS TO BIG DATA SOURCES
Digital Enterprise Platform has always been used to communicate with sensors, gateways and other pure hardware devices. It can speak more than 100 device languages, which are several standard communication protocols. A more recent evolution has made it friendly to structured data sources such as NoSQL databases and distributed computing engines. Each of these may represent a complete lower-level monitoring and management system – but we know how to deal with these complexities.
FROM THE INTERNET OF THINGS TO BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Digital Enterprise Platform was effectively an IoT platform since the mid-2000s, long before the term "The Internet of Things" gained widespread use. Since then, it has undergone a series of evolutions becoming a unified digital enterprise platform, capable of serving as an industrial data bus, incident and situation management framework, command and control center software, and business intelligence suite.
FROM EDGE TO CLOUD
Digital Enterprise Platform servers are extremely changeable. They are optimized for large cloud deployments with hundreds of gigabytes of RAM and dozens of CPU cores. At the same time, they can run seamlessly in resource-constrained environments such as single-board PCs and inexpensive IoT gateways. All modules and features are available in both cases - the only difference is the scalability of a single server that spans from hundreds to a hundred thousand events per second.
FROM SIMPLE ALERTS TO MACHINE LEARNING
The platform offers a very diverse set of data processing and analysis modules. They range from easy and straightforward batch operations to sophisticated process models trained to operate pattern recognition algorithms. Whatever personalized data handling your company requires – it's very likely that AggreGate already provides multiple ways to do this.
FROM HMIS TO EXECUTIVE PANELS
The design features of the Digital Enterprise Platform user interface are also varied. In addition to typical statistical dashboards, the platform's data visualization tools can be used to develop data entry forms, human-machine interfaces, multi-tier GIS interfaces, advanced topology charts, video walls, and more. The open source UI component SDK ensures that partners and customers never get stuck, even if some unusual visual tricks are found among the project requirements.
IT/OT CONVERGENCE
Digital Enterprise Platform is the world's only digital enterprise platform that serves as the foundation for an out-of-the-box IT infrastructure monitoring product. It has numerous modules related to the monitoring of networks, applications and business services, as well as providing the inventory of IT assets and implementing ITIL processes. These modules coexist side by side with IoT and automation capabilities and together ensure the best coexistence of operational and IT technologies.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT MIDDLEWARE
In large environments, AggreGate is often used as a middleware between NMS/BMS/SCADA systems and ITSM/CMMS/Helpdesk/Service Desk systems. In this scenario, AggreGate collects and consolidates alerts from various management systems, normalizes and enriches them using the information extracted from inventory systems, and then forwards the enriched alerts to ITSM systems, converting them into problem tickets and maintenance orders. These tickets are managed by AggreGate and sometimes closed automatically after the alarm is deactivated.
READY-TO-USE VERTICAL PRODUCTS
Enterprise digitization and automation projects are rarely supported by the AggreGate platform. In most cases, each project relies on a combination of basic platform modules and vertical market products derived from it. They can be SCADA/HMI, fleet management or smart metering systems. Multiplying its strengths with the flexibility of the underlying platform enables the development of a unique end-to-end solution.
