What is Document Printer?

Document Printer provides two virtual printers on the Windows computer. The two printers have two default names, "docPrint PDF Driver" and "docPrint". A user can print printable documents in the "docPrint PDF driver" to convert them to PDF, PS, EPS, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PCX and PNG. With the "docPrint" printer, users can convert any printable document into more than 50 formats. The "docPrint" printer will take the user to a graphical user interface (GUI) that can manipulate print settings to save ink, toner, and printer paper.

Document Printer also provides a Software Development Kit for software developers. With Document Printer SDK, developers can build their applications and implement document printer functions.

Convert documents directly with the virtual printer

It offers a virtual printer called "docPrint PDF Driver" that supports any printable document. You can print Documents from Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other printable files on the virtual printer and convert them to PDF, PS, EPS, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PCX, and PNG.

Adjust document page properties with GUI

By printing documents on the other "docPrint" virtual printer, you'll get a GUI that can adjust page layouts and print settings before converting the document to the target format. In addition , this virtual printer supports more than fifty target formats.

Comment and write down pages

In the GUI activated by the "docPrint" virtual printer, you can add stamp (image), text note, lines (pencil line, straight line, rectangle, and ellipse) to pages, and change the degree of transparency of the annotation. You can even draw any shapes to annotate the pages.
