With EmailTester 2, you can select a transactional email from Magento and view it in the browser or send it to an email address of your choice. The preview window lets you refresh the page as you work to improve the layout of the email in your editor.
Sending the email allows you to easily check if the email is displayed correctly in various email clients.
SELECT EASY DUMMY DATA
In the form where you select the -email to work with, you can also select a customer, a product, and an order. From this data, EmailTester 2 can derive all the email variables needed to display an email with real content. It's easy to enter different customers or products. You never have to create a full test order again on the front end to test email behavior.
EXTENDABLE AS IT SHOULD BE
EmailTester 2 captures any email created using the Magento transactional email system. Simply put, if you can replace it on the Magento backend, you can test it with EmailTester 2.
