Customer shopping cart

The shopping cart is the face of your organization for your customers, and Enrole makes it easy to present a branded and easy-to-use shopping experience for those who are registered. Enrole dynamically populates its online course catalog and indexes its offerings, allowing customers to search by keyword, instructor or category. Registered members can download media resources, add courses to their online calendars, and choose from courses related to automatic suggestions.

Secure payments: Credit card processing partners are PCI DSS compliant. We partner with TouchNet, PayPal, Authorize.Net, Cashnet and Nelnet. Nothing is stored in our system more than an encrypted transaction ID provided by the credit card processing company, which allows refunds if necessary while keeping your customers' financial data completely secure.

Instructor portal

With the Enrole-exclusive Instructor Portal, instructors can quickly view information about upcoming sessions, email registered students, and view participant lists. They can easily record attendance hours, no-show and notes for past or present classes, manage contact information and profile bio through any web browser.

Report and dashboard views

Enrole is equipped with Entrinsik's award-winning BI and reporting software, Informer, to provide users with a reporting, analysis and graphics solution. Drag and drop, autocomplete, and edit on-premises give users an interactive, easy-to-navigate interface.
