The integrity of the work data in the job database is ensured through checks and audits. The SQL Envitae platform  can easily interact with most major HRIS or enterprise platforms through an API. Customers can import and apply work data to their existing HR applications. Alternatively, they can choose to use the Encompassing Visions suite of products, which incorporates work data into multiple HR processes.

Employee Competency Database

With Envitae employees' capabilities are assessed against the key skills and competencies prescribed for that role and captured in the Employee Competency Assessment database.

This dataset, in conjunction with job data, enables meaningful discussions about learning and growth opportunities and automates Talent Attribution (internal placement and promotions) and Talent Planning (assessments of bank strength).
