Building an assessment can be a complex process. You may need to create new questions or dig up a question that was used in an assessment two years ago. There may also be some concepts that cannot be measured simply from a normal question, and a rubric may be more appropriate. In addition, you may want to align the standards to each criterion of a rubric.
