Open the Expert console with the FixMe.IT

Open the Expert console using the desktop icon.

Invite the remote user

Direct the end user to fixme.it, where they will get a randomly generated client ID.

Start a new session with FixMe.IT

Click the New Session button and enter the end-user client ID to connect to the remote computer.

Connect to a stand-alone remote computer

Access and manage computers at any time, without end-user involvement. Connect to stand-alone computers from anywhere, conveniently perform server administration, or retrieve important files from the office machine during office hours.

Install unattended access with FixMe.IT

Download your unattended access installer from the Expert console and run it on the target computer in advance or during a live remote connection.

Open stand-alone list

Open your list of unattended clients to see and manage all of your unattended computers.

Connect with a single click

Select a stand-alone computer and connect without any user intervention at the remote end.
