GAT Shield allows you to press the Reg. E.g. rules that you can select or create for DLP. These rules run on-premises on your infrastructure and mean that GAT servers never have to see the content. They also have the advantage of being real-time and comprehensive (i.e. while the rules can cover email content and Drive files as they are typed (even earlier than Google), they also have the huge advantage of covering all other aspects of the browser based on activity, whether a user on banking sites,  Facebook or any other website).

See the exact browsing behavior over a given period of time for a user, group, class. The focus can be on the user(s) or the website(s) or the time. For any user on any website at any time, it is possible to inspect the device and the exact location from where this activity occurred.

User Activity

View, for any selected user and day, the timeline of all the user's online activity, showing when the visit occurred and the duration of the visit. The websites are organized according to the total duration of the visit, which allows you to quickly see where your time is spent online.

Surveys & Downloads

We've included word cloud in the 'Search' audit in GAT Shield, which helps highlight what your users are searching for. Use Shield to alert you to file downloads of a specific type. With just a few clicks, you can manage downloads on all your Chrome devices 1-to-1. Enforce automatic deletion of certain types of download files.

User/Device Geographic Reports

Get to know and see exactly where your Chrome devices and browsers are being used. See details such as region based on a longitude and latitude box, internal and external IP address, geographic location, carrier, user, and time of activity. Set an alarm or block activity outside of approved geographic zones.

Chromebook Anti-Theft

GAT Shield helps law enforcement prevent Chromebook theft. Devices with GAT Shield installed can be tracked and located with an exceptionally high level of accuracy. Set an alert and get notified whenever a device leaves an approved location, such as a school or office or any location you specify.

Shield Alerts

Not only can we protect in real-time, but we can also monitor and record incredible details. Your rules are pushed to Chrome devices that you control. You can configure that only alerts and not content are sent back to you, or if you need more details, you can escalate to capture the breached sequence, the actual screenshot, or the image of the user performing the action.
