What is Geo-Slope QUAKE/W?

Geo-Slope QUAKE/W performs dynamic analyses of land structures (Geostructure) subject to earthquakes, or dynamic point forces of explosion or sudden impact of load. QUAKE/W determines movement and excess in water pore pressure that increases due to earthquakes.

Dynamic Analysis

The software can be used for dynamic analysis of ground structures (Geostructures) subject to earthquakes or dynamic point forces caused by an explosion or sudden impact of cargo.

Earthquake registry

It imports and equalizes at scale the temporal history of earthquakes for a dynamic analysis. Modifies peak acceleration (maximum acceleration) and duration to adjust values and constants (bulk module type) to be used in QUAKE/W analysis for specific site conditions.

New milestone analysis

The software calculates the dynamic forces that can be used in SLOPE/W to calculate the acceleration subjected and the potential permanent deformations for each dive surface (Slip Surface).

Excessive pore pressure

The excess pore pressure calculated by QUAKE/W along with the initial static pore pressure can be used in SLOPE/W to examine the effect on stability at high pore pressures.
