The GEO-Slope SEEP/W Software analyzes the flow of groundwater in porous material. Its formulation allows analyses ranging from the simplest saturation state to the most sophisticated problems of saturation-non-saturation temporally.
SEEP/W - Groundwater flow analysis
SEEP/W analyzes the flow of groundwater in porous material. Its formulation allows analyses ranging from the simplest saturation state to the most sophisticated problems of saturation-non-saturation temporally.
The software can be applied to the analysis and design of geotechnical and civil engineering and mining projects.
Software Features
Boundary Conditions
The software supports a variation of contour condition options. Field data or user-defined functional relationships can be entered to determine hydrography, reservoir fluctuations, rainfall cycles, or anything you can imagine.
Integration
The integration of SEEP/W with SLOPE/W makes it possible to analyze the stability of any slope both natural and industrial that is subject to transient changes in water pore pressure.
Properties of material
Hydraulic conductivity functions and water volumetric content can be estimated using "Built-in" functions. This estimation process requires only fundamental information. The only-saturated material model is also available.
Sup-to-end/unsaturated
The rigorous formulation of saturated/unsaturated ratios made by seep/w means that even the most complicated flow problems, such as infiltration in dry soils or via tailings dam complexes can be easily analyzed
