What is Geo-Slope SLOPE/W?

Geo-Slope Slope/W effectively analyzes both simple and complex problems for various types and shapes of inclined surfaces (slopes), water pore pressure conditions, soil properties, analysis methods, and load and overload conditions.

With this variation of understandable characteristics, SLOPE/W can be used to analyze almost any slope stability problem that the user can encounter in geotechnical and civil and mine engineering projects.

Features of Geo-Slope SLOPE/W

Water pore pressure

The pressure of water pores can be determined using piezometric lines, spatial functions, or the results of other GeoStudio finite element analyses.

Steep Slope "Rapid Drawdown"

The sharp slope analysis can be conducted using the pressure measurements of water pores from piezometric lines, GeoStudio analysis of transient finite elements, or by the technologies of measurement of the sharp slope mutlti-steps.

Material Models

SLOPE/W recognizes a substantial list of material models including "Mohr-Coulomb", "undrained", extreme force "High Strength", Impenetrable "Impenetrable", Bilinhear, Anisotropic Force, "SHANSEP", "Mohr-Coulomb" spatial among others.

Boundary State Drawing

Boundary state design or load strength factor (i.e. critical pressure) is done by specifying partial factors in the remaining and variable loads, seismic coefficients, material properties, refile inputs, among others.
