What is HID EasyLobby?

In many facilities, visitors are still registered using a manuscript paper record. Although this method is perceived as quick and easy, it offers virtually no security and makes visitor information available for anyone to see. The implementation of EasyLobby's automated visitor management system is ideal for organizations large and small looking for a more professional image while improving security and meeting compliance requirements for collecting and auditing visitor data.

EasyLobby SVM software is the primary application for implementing an automated visitor management system to process visitors - including scanning a government-issued ID, creating registration, badge printing, check-in and check-out, and watchlist screening. This comprehensive, enterprise-class visitor record can be quickly scaled to a network of hundreds of stations, and additional features such as web-based pre-registration can be added as needed.

EasyLobby SVM software is installed on a Windows workstation or Kiosk, typically in the lobby, along with any desired hardware combination, such as a license scanner, badge printer, camera, and signature capture keyboard. Any number of EasyLobby SVM stations can share a central database (SQL Server or Oracle).
