The software offers flexible configuration options for billing according to the ECJ's decision. For example, you can skip the tween, rate zone, and rate rate for billable costs, change cost descriptions, or subdivide service phases individually. In contrast to HOAI-Pro, individual or additional service phases can be set and surcharges and discounts can be set freely. Flat rates also offer the possibility to freely agree to additional services or grant discounts. In addition, offers or invoices can be designed independently of rules and regulations using free service profiles. The contracts included in the programme have also been adapted to the latest ECJ decision. Calculation of the fee in accordance with DIN 276, status 2018-12, including GAEB import is also possible.
Description
HOAI-Pro is a powerful program for calculating and managing fees and for creating offers and invoices. The program is characterized by a wide variety of functions and yet it is intuitive and clear. With HOAI-Pro, you can work on simple rate approaches and complex projects with multiple service profiles, repeats, and different cost allocations. In addition to the service and consulting profiles according to HOAI-Pro, the contract models according to RBBau are also integrated into the program. You can also charge fixed and time-based fees. An additional module for fire protection and services according to BaustellV according to AHO, as well as an additional module for sewage rehabilitation services (VSB) is optionally available.
With the help of costing according to DIN 276, you can determine the costs due according to DIN 276 in the 1981, 1993, 2006 and 2008 editions in detail. The built-in rate tables can be edited and expanded by you. In addition, HOAI-Pro 2020 includes several additional functions such as hourly calculation, cost allocation, rate statistics and payment overview. Offers and invoices can be printed in various output formats (Word, Excel, PDF). You can expand and customize all the layout templates contained in the program.

What is GoBD?
The "Principles for the proper management and storage of books, records and documents in electronic format, as well as for access to data (GoBD)" regulate the formal requirements for the accounting and storage of electronic data and paper documents relevant to tax law with reference to the principles of proper accounting. In addition, GoBD contains rules for electronic access to data by tax authorities in the context of external audits.
HOAI-Pro is continuously developed and updated. That's why we also offer an optional software maintenance package that keeps the software up to date technically and legally.
