Reservation
This module is built to cater to various types of bookings based on contracts and markets.
Booking cancelled

Group booking, a detailed room list is maintained for group bookings.

Condition of the rooms, since the condition of the rooms is constantly updated from the cleaning service, the reception can quickly look for empty/cleaned/inspected rooms.
Room transfer, rooms can be changed by automatically transferring the guest's account to the new room, the old room is designated as "dirty vacant".
Unexpected checkout
VIP visitors, the system informs all VIPs in the house, or arriving the next day and the next day, guests in suits are treated as VIPs, guests with complaints or defective rooms can be turned into VIPs.
