What is InnoKB?

Introducing InnoKB

InnoKB is an innovative multi-user knowledge base software tool that helps you create, manage, and share a collection of full-text searchable databases using networked Web browsers. Each database consists of a collection of information items (that is, articles), and each information item accepts HTML text as the article and a collection of files as attachments. You have the convenience of editing the articles in a built-in rich text editor and uploading attachments effortlessly. Information items can be categorized with customizable labels and sub labels that are tree structured. Searching databases is quick and easy, and you can combine bookmarks into search criteria.

InnoKB consists of a server program running on Windows/Unix servers and a set of javascript components that will be loaded into client-side web browsers. InnoKB is not currently a hosted web service; In fact, it will be running on your own server computers without complicated configurations or on your private computers even without a network connection.
