With Invoice and Billing, create and track invoices that meet your individual business needs.

Manage and track invoices efficiently

You can access and manage invoices and billing reports with the Invoice and Billing system. Invoices are automatically created and saved in the system as orders are placed. You can search current and previous invoices based on time period, order number, and location through the billing history or invoice reporting function. Finding and managing invoices is fast and efficient with Invoice and Billing.

Visualize

An invoice typically displays the invoice number, the order number, to and from the location, date, and user who generated the invoice. It also clearly defines which items were ordered, how many of each, and the individual prices followed by details about the overall cost of the order.

Edit

Users can edit previous and current invoices in the Clear Spider system. You can recalculate the total cost on the invoice by changing the price and quantity of specific items. Customize access to this feature from user to user so that not all requests can be edited by all users

Impression

Printing can be done individually or in batches. Users can easily print all invoices made on a specific date or for a specific customer by selecting multiple invoices in the list view. Customers can also access this information, so they can view and print their own invoices through the system.
