Small businesses and organizations.

Small businesses and organizations can use a competing Site License that includes general purpose system and storage management tools and back up everything to:

  • A Windows server
  • One VM Host (up to 2xCPUs)
  • Up to 10 Windows workstations

All additional hardware in your location can be managed by administrative personnel in assisted mode. Regular backups, however, require additional licenses per seat. For most small businesses and organizations, one to four site licenses should be sufficient. If you are in a more complex environment, you may consider an Enterprise license.

IT organizations and service providers

Large IT organizations that manage complex systems will be better off with the technical license that allows you to flexibly configure managed objects and meet business agility needs while maintaining a TCO baseline. Organizations that provide IT services to external customers can select license terms for serviced systems to balance margins and costs successfully.

Storage management

  • Manage all types of physical media and virtual drives
  • Organize storage to properly align data integrity and availability with business needs
  • Use file systems that meet the best specific application needs
  • Create and align partitions to ensure optimal capacity and performance
  • Resize partitions in real time to provide enough space for applications and data
  • Check storage health and performance, avoid, and fix problems
  • Sanitize discarded hardware and media, completely destroy all data

Systems Management

  • Deploy systems in bulk
  • Virtualize systems
  • Migrate systems to Windows without disrupting current operations
  • Migrate between physical and virtual devices, start with different bare metal hardware or hardware
  • Fix startup issues that may occur due to logical errors, hardware failures, or failures

Backup and Replication

  • Use file-level and physical and logical media sector-level backup
  • Back up and incrementally merge virtual containers (you don't need agents for Hyper-V)
  • Use advanced deduplication to replicate large data repositories
  • Sync on geographic and organizational boundaries and resume operations without downtime

Recovery and Restoration

  • Fix most startup issues that can occur from logical errors and hardware failures.
  • Recover the availability of corrupted or compromised applications and systems, including problems caused by malware activities.
  • Recover for bare metal and different hardware
  • Reorganize configuration, business, and user data, automatically adjust storage to ensure capacity and performance

Partition Manager helps you change the layout of physical and virtual hard drives with minimal effort and completely secure.

Drive Copy migrates the Windows operating system, single partitions, and entire disks to new storage devices, even if they are smaller.
