JDisc Discovery - Professional Edition is the IT documentation software for simple to complex infrastructures. Due to the agentless design, JDisc Discovery can capture heterogeneous networks consisting of different operating systems, protocols, devices, and applications, and recognizes all common virtualization technologies and cluster configurations.

JDisc Discovery - Professional Edition is very flexible when it comes to licensing. Regardless of whether you opt for a perpetual license, an annual subscription, or a project license, you always only pay for the number of devices/operating systems such as Windows, Linux, VMware ESX, Mac OS X, Oracle Solaris, HP-UX, or IBM AIX that you use. And if there are changes in the composition of your devices/operating systems, they are almost always compensated automatically, at no additional cost. 

JDisc Discovery Add-ons

Additional modules expand JDisc Discovery - Professional Edition with new functions that can be seamlessly integrated into the product. You can install and license each add-on module independently of other add-on modules. You only pay for what you need. 

JDisc Discovery Measurement - Professional Edition

The measurement add-on collects data about device usage on your network. The data is presented both in tabular form and in the form of graphs. Aggregations allow you to create hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly statistics.

The security add-on focuses on the topics of security and permissions. It recognizes shares on the network along with the configured permissions.

JDisc Discovery Network - Professional Edition

The network add-on creates the logical and physical network topology with minimal effort. The topology is displayed graphically using network maps. Many configuration options (such as filters) help you see only the information you currently need. Unnecessary data is simply hidden.

JDisc Dependency Mapping

JDisc dependency mapping determines the TCP connections between devices on the network and displays them graphically. This makes it easier to understand distributed applications and find weaknesses in your network (for example, open ports).

JDisc Device History

With the Device History Add-on, you can easily create snapshots of your devices, which can be accessed again at a later time.
