What is MajorMindHelp?

MajorMindHelp is an HTML-based help system for contextual help of Windows desktop applications.

Originally intended as a replacement for Microsoft's outdated HTML Help, it's now much more capable than that:

• Multilingual by design, you can switch languages programmatically or allow users to change the UI language.
• Allows you to view content stored on a remote HTTP server, not just locally
• Based on Chromium, so you can use all the latest HTML features.
• Helpinator allows you to create MajorMindHelp wrappers for any HTML-based output it generates. Therefore, you can use the knowledge bases and WordPress sites to get contextual help!
• Easily connects with SimpleDocServer, so you can serve your markdown-based content to web browsers and use it as a context-sensitive aid in your applications.
