With no limit on the number of scripts to run, they run sequentially in each selected database, but you can arrange your scripts to run in the preferred order without limit.

With Mass Run SQL Scripts, you have unlimited number of SQL instances and databases, the system will cycle depending on the number of threads available to run all scripts on all SQL instances and all selected databases simultaneously.
