What is MEscopeQTS?

The MEscopeQTS qualification test series is a network-based series of software packages and options that includes all the tools you need to test and qualify test articles, whether during production or in the field after scheduled (or unscheduled) maintenance. The qualifying test series is the result of more than 20 years of experience in design, sales and support of noise and vibration signal post-processing, modal analysis and animated display software at Vibrant Technology. The qualifying test series uses proven MEscope software as its foundation. Designed specifically for qualification test applications, an MEscopeQTS package combines a file database, the capabilities of a professional noise and vibration analysis software package, and the simplicity of a red-green light approval-fail system.

With any MEscopeQTS package, you can acquire, post-process, archive, display and analyze vibration, acoustics, temperature, pressure, voltage/current, flow rate or any type of process variable from any type of test article.

Each MEscopeQTS package includes:

A secure test article-based archival database that can be located on an on-premises computer, on-premises network, or in the cloud on the Internet

• Trend charts of all archived data
• Cascading graphs of all time waveforms or archived frequency spectra.
• 6 user-defined approval/fail levels for each monitored parameter
• Pass/fail levels can also be applied to the frequency of time intervals
• Event log that documents all pass/fail level violations
• User-definable short- and long-term file storage of monitored parameters
• A gauge assigned to each parameter displaying current and baseline values and approval/disapproval levels

MEscopeQTS software can also be housed in a vibrant portable hardware carrying case, making it easy to use in the field or in different production locations. A phone modem can also be used to transmit data from remote locations to the file database, which can be located in the cloud on the Internet.
