What is Microcontroller Development Kit (MDK)?

Keil's MDK is the most comprehensive software development solution for Arm-based microcontrollers and includes all the components needed to build, build, and debug embedded applications.

MDK-Core is based on μVision with leading support for Cortex-M devices, including the new ARMv8-M architecture.

MDK includes two Arm C/C++ compilers with assembler, linker, and highly optimized time-running libraries that are customized for optimal code size and performance.

Software packages are added at any time to MDK-Core, supporting new devices and middleware updates, regardless of the toolset. They contain device support, CMSIS libraries, middleware, board support, code templates, and sample projects.

The IPv4/IPv6 network communication suite is extended with Mbed TLS enabling secure internet connections.
